How We Turn Waste Into Clean Fuel with Renewable Energy Technology
The Science Behind Our Sustainability
As one of the leading coal and waste-to-energy companies, RES employs carbon gasification to convert any carbon-based feedstock into clean fuels and valuable chemicals that exceed EPA and EU standards.

1. Waste Intake and Preparation
We begin with carbon-rich feedstocks such as municipal solid waste, plastics, biomass, or coal. These materials are sorted, processed, and prepared to ensure consistent quality for conversion.

2. Advanced Gasification
The feedstock is fed into a high-temperature, low-oxygen gasifier where it undergoes thermal decomposition. This process produces a clean synthesis gas (syngas) composed mainly of hydrogen and carbon monoxide.

3. Fuel and Material Refinement
The syngas is refined and converted into valuable outputs, including synthetic diesel, aviation fuel, hydrogen, and byproducts like carbon black, graphene, and pure wax, ready for commercial, municipal, and defense use.

4. Closed-Loop Sustainability
Excess heat, water, and energy produced during the process are recaptured and reused within the facility for nearby greenhouse ecosystems, where reclaimed carbon dioxide is for infused and converted into breathable oxygen.
